Bluebells of Winchbottom Woods
Bluebells of Winchbottom Woods
Each May/June we are overwhelmed with a blanket of bluebells in Bloom wood near Winchbottom lane. The sun breaks over the crest of the hill, about thirty minutes after sunrise. The trick is to get up there early and wait. It is quite a steep climb! But when the sun hits the bluebells, totally worth it.
